Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Product Review




I am very blessed today, to receive products from a nationally acclaimed BBQ company. The company is, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, located in Syracuse, NY.



Dinosaur Bar-Ba-Que was started in 1983 by the founder, John Stage, offering quality food to the people gathered at the Harley rendezvous.




Dinosaur Bar-B-Que believes that delicious food brings people together and that's why committed to creating a fun, comfortable, and warm environment. You will find that their menu includes slow-cooked meats such as ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and chicken that have been seasoned with an exclusive blend of spices and smoked to ultimate perfection. They offer an array of sides, salads, and desserts that are all created from scratch with the finest ingredients.




I'm so excited to cook today because Dinosaur Bar-B-Que food and sauces have won awards in publications like Women's and Men's Health Magazines and have been featured on Food Network, Travel Channel, Good Morning America, and ABC World News.

Now let me share with you the fantastic meals I prepared for the family today





With Dinosaur Bar-B-Que devils duel pepper sauce, I created a wonderful and tasty dish called Chilaquiles with eggs. The Devil's Duel is a heat of flavor on your taste buds, that comes from habaneros. It is a delicious heat that spice lovers would truly enjoy. It is a gluten-free all-natural hot sauce that is very versatile and brings heat to your palate, adding flavor at the same time. After tasting it, you can taste where Dinosaur Bar-B-Que got its name from, it is hot as hell, in the best way.



After breakfast, using the first of the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que products, I knew this was going to be a fun and delicious day creating my dishes.







Lunch was next, and I made everyone some tangy BBQ chicken sandwiches, with Wango Tango Habanero BBQ sauce. And topped the sandwiches with homemade Cole slaw for some cooling on the palate. In every bite of the sandwich, you get the heat factor from the infused habanero and cayenne peppers in the sauce. If you love heat, you will enjoy this flavor of BBQ sauce from Dinosaur Bar-B-Que. They truly know their stuff, when creating their products. As with all the products you can enjoy them in a variety of ways when cooking, even just leaving them out as condiments. Also, as a side dish for lunch, I made some homemade baked beans. Using Dinosaur Bar-B-Que garlic chipotle pepper sauce. It has a ton of flavor, and it was all I needed to make my baked beans a hit. You get the flavor profile of garlic, cayenne, and habanero, along with chipotle pepper. It truly pumps up the flavor of the dish. If you're not afraid of a little linger of heat after eating, then this is the sauce for you. Use it for flavor in recipes, or as a table condiment for everyone to enjoy.




Dinner was next, and I was excited about the products I still had left to use. So dinner was going to be a big one, from appy’s to dessert.





First up was a Cajun blooming onion that got all the flavor from DinosaurBar-B-Que, Cajun Foreplay spice rub. This gluten-free, all-natural spice rub, made my blooming onion taste out of this world. The ingredients are simple and bring so much taste. I plan on leaving it out as well, to use as a everyday condiment. Not only does it bring a burst of flavor to your dish, but it also brings a nice color as well. Very versatile and will go with any dish.





My second appy was some grilled chicken wings using Dinosaur Bar-B-Que hot honey gold bbq sauce. This bbq sauce if yellow and is so from the creole and yellow mustards used. This is the first time I have ever tasted such a sauce and so glad I had the opportunity to do so. The sauce is also infused with NYS honey Sichuan peppercorns, Serrano chilies & cooling spices. From chicken to burgers this sauce will compliment any dish. You will love the taste on your palate as well as the stunning golden color it gives your dish. Happy I got a first try at the taste.





Dinner included three small dishes for everyone to enjoy. First up were some drumsticks grilled and coated with Dinosaur Bar-B-Que roasted garlic and honey sauce. This was a refreshing dish, especially after all the heat. In this sauce, the flavor profile is honey and garlic, which have been perfectly paired. It is truly a premium versatile sauce, that will pair well with whatever you cook. With some sauce left over, I place the rest in a bowl, to dip the drumsticks in even more.





The second small dish for dinner was chicken thighs, coated and sauced with Dinosaur Bar-B-Que red chili and sour cherry. This is another bbq sauce flavor that was a first for me. And It was divine. The bbq sauce has a pleasing sweetness, then a kick of a surprise from Guajillo, and ancho peppers as well as chipotle. Then a finish of warmth from spices is used. If you love this flavor profile, you will want to experience this bbq sauce. It is refreshing and very versatile. It makes a great sauce or even a dip, as well as your new condiment. However, if you use it, it will be a party in your mouth.





The last small dish was some bbq pork belly, drenched in Dinosaur Bar-B-Que slathering sauce. This, as it is said, is not your ordinary bbq sauce. It is a dance party for your taste buds. The all-natural, gluten-free ingredients make your dish stand out. It is a very versatile sauce that you can coat any type of meat, fish, or other meat. This bbq sauce and all the products from DinosaurBar-B-Que have great nutritional value. So, they are great for all to enjoy!





Well, the night did not end with dinner, I created dessert as well. A wonderful grilled fruit and cake kabob that was seasoned with DinosaurBar-B-Que big action spice rub. Yes, the products are great in desserts as well. A delicious combination of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors that complements meat and fish, vegetables, and accompaniments. This spice rub is great to make your new condiment, everyone will be very pleased after tasting it. Use it from burgers to desserts, it will make your dish shine.




Ingredients

about 2 cups diced watermelon

about 2 cups diced pineapple

about 1 pint strawberries, hulled

1 Tbsp. honey

1 lime juiced

1/4–1/2 tsp. Dinosaur Big Action spice rub

1 pinch of sea salt

 

Set your grill to medium-high (450°F).

Thread the skewers with the fruit. Keep in mind to soak wood skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning.

When the grill is hot, place the fruit skewers on it and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until you have nice grill marks.

Remove the skewers from the grill once all sides have been grilled.

Combine the honey, lime juice, Dinosaur BigAction spice rub, and sea salt in a mixing bowl. Apply the glaze to each kabob.

Distribute hot, cold, or at room temperature. For dessert, serve with vanilla ice cream or freshly whipped cream!
