The Roast Beef Sandwich

 



 The roast beef sandwich is a classic American dish that is perfect for any occasion. It is made with thinly sliced roast beef, which is piled high on a crusty roll. The sandwich is then topped with a variety of condiments, such as mayonnaise, horseradish, and mustard.

 

Ingredients:

 

1 pound of thinly sliced roast beef

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

4 crusty rolls

Instructions:

 

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the bottom halves of the rolls.

Top each roll with a layer of roast beef.

Close the sandwiches and serve immediately.
