In recent years, cloud bread has
gone crazy, and it's easy to see why. Light, airy, fluffy, the stylish bread is
just like a cloud! It also doesn't need flour, hence, it's perfect whether you
consume or want to minimize processed carbs without gluten. To make this famous
bread, all you need is eggs, cream cheese and cream of tartar.
Things You'll Need
3 eggs, room temperature
4 ounces cream cheese, Greek
yogurt or sour cream, room temperature
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
Line a large baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper, then gently
grease it.
Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
Apply cream cheese. Beat with a hand blender until it is
completely mixed and completely smooth. Put it aside.
Attach or clean attachments to the
whisk. Beat the white egg until it is shiny and opaque. The mixture should form
rigid peaks that do not fall over; if the egg whites appear watery or foamy,
beat them a little harder.
Apply 1/3 of the egg whites to the
egg yolks.
Slowly pour the egg whites into
the yolks before they are combined. Repeat the remaining egg whites, 1/3 at a
time.
Scoop the mixture onto the baking
sheet, making six rings. Carefully spread to 1/2 inch deep. Bake for about 25
to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let's cool fully.
