Cajun spiced broccoli, is a quick and yummy side dish, that goes with any main meal. In fact it's so good, you could just eat it by it's self.
Ingredients
1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
2 tbsp canola or vegetable
oil
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
pinch of red pepper flakes
In a deep nonstick pan, sauté
the broccoli in oil until crisp, incorporating the garlic and the Cajun
seasoning for the last 2 minutes of preparation.
