The first glass tasted was the Waku unsweetened floral blend. A nice natural tasting drink, that was very refreshing on the palate. You will be so surprised how refreshing and natural this tea taste. The ingredients are all natural, and this floral blend is nice and light. The Waku floral blend plant based tonic, has no bitter taste to it. It is a nice pleasant drink you can enjoy any time of the day. A great tea where no sugar is needed. In the glass fresh fruit was mixed in which really took the Waku plant based tonic drink, nectar to your lips.
Up next was a glass of Waku plant based tonic, raspberry rose. And for that we added fresh raspberries in the drink. A very berry delight. Only ten calories in the bottle, and is also unsweetened. It's very nice, a raspberry flavor for sure. My grandson took a sip and also liked the raspberry rose drink. So I can say for sure it's kid approved. This drink like all the rest are a great guilt free healthy drink, to replace all those sugar filled drinks you may have on hand now. The flavor is seriously tasty. There is nothing taste wise to it that is over powering. The flavor has floral raspberry taste, and is nice and subtle. Your gut is just going to love it.
Next tasting from Waku plant based tonic, was their berries and basil flavor. And to the glass we added fresh berries and fresh basil. This drink has the most calories of them all, but they come from the fruits. The drink is crisp and very refreshing, great to have with or without a meal. Pack it for your lunch, or take it to the gym, for a after work out refreshment. You may think this is a weird combo of flavors, but trust me the marriage meld works. Its sweet and savory at the same time. It's a unexpected delectable flavor. Chilled is even better!
Next was the Waku plant based tonic drink, Ginger Lemongrass. This all natural tea is brewed with mint, lemon balm, lemongrass, fennel, and chamomile. It is great not only for gut healthy, but for immunity support. It's a nice crisp drink, with the slight taste of ginger. Then you have the lemon profile flavor as well. Sweet and then minty, with two herbs that brew a wonderful tea. Ginger and lemongrass are great not only for digestion aid but have anti inflammatory benefits. The two herbs also have the benefit to lower chronic diseases. When you take your first sip, you immediately get a nice delivery of fresh, cool, earthy flavors, with that natural sweetness. A perfect balance of flavors the palate enjoys.
Next to the last bottle from Waku, was the flavor passion fruit. Real passion fruit is used to make this drink. This drink like all the drinks from Waku have no carbonation, not everyone like me like all those bubbles. There is no disappointment in flavors with this drink, the passion fruit could become anyone's favorite from, Waku. It's just a delicious simple healthy drink for all ages. The flavors are fresh and tropical. The color is bright and just invites you in for a taste. And chilled with a garnish of mint, its just a lovely drink to have anytime of the day. And there is a wonderful floral aroma to it as soon as you open the bottle. It's not bitter at all, very pleasantly fruity.
The last bottle from Waku, is the lemon mist. And served it with a garnish of mint that made it even more fresh. This is the original flavor from Waku. You don't need anything added to this drink, all the flavors are already in the bottle to give you a nice lemon mint tea. Very refreshing, taste just like a lemon mint tea made down South. If you find your self thirsty, this will quench your thirst. Takes just like your traditional ice tea, only much more healthier. A great summer time drink to sip on the front porch with. The simple all natural ingredients make this a very amazing plant based tonic. The taste is light, not overly sour at all. Very refreshing, with a unique flavor.
