A unique refreshing salad to serve as a first course or dessert.
Ingredients
16 oz sour
cream
16 oz cream
cheese
1 cup sugar
1tsp of pure
vanilla
4 lbs green
seedless grapes
4 lbs red
seedless grapes
4 cups
pecans
1-quart
strawberries
Combine
cream cheese and sugar, then add sour cream and vanilla. Fold in the remaining
ingredients, making sure to coat evenly. Save some fruit and pecans for
garnish. This recipe serves 15 to 20 people.
Whenever
you're finished with this recipe, you can use low-fat sour cream and cream
cheese. Splenda can also be used. You may substitute any other fruits you
desire. Brown sugar can also be sprinkled on top.
