Awe this is a great dish, that the whole family will enjoy!
2 (14 ounce)
cans sauerkraut, undrained
5 or 6
potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks.
1 cup water
1 pound Polish
sausage, cut into chunks
1 teaspoon
caraway seeds
1 bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon
pepper
In a slow
cooker, combine the sauerkraut and potatoes with the spices and water.
Put the
sausage on top.
Roast until
potatoes are tender, about 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
