Baked Avocado with Eggs and Bacon

 


Roasted Avocado with Eggs may not be your normal breakfast, but once you try it, it may become a more frequent occurrence.

It'll offer you a fantastic start to your day with the creamy and satisfying avocado and eggs in every bite.

 

Ingredients

2 whole Avocados

4 eggs

Salt and Pepper To taste

 

Optional Add-Ins

Bell Pepper

Green Onion

Bacon

Cheese

Ham Bits

 

Instructions

Heat the oven to 400°F.

Cut each avocado in half and remove the pit.

Make a large hole with a spoon, removing part of the avocado flesh. Crack 1 egg into each cavity.

Season with salt and pepper.

Top with any extra add-ins you choose.

Bake at 400°F for 14-16 minutes, or until the yolk achieves the desired doneness.
