whole Avocados
4
eggs
Salt
and Pepper To taste

Bell
Pepper
Green
Onion
Bacon
Cheese
Ham

Instructions
Heat
the oven to 400°F.
Cut
each avocado in half and remove the pit.
Make
a large hole with a spoon, removing part of the avocado flesh. Crack 1 egg into
each cavity.
Season
with salt and pepper.
Top
with any extra add-ins you choose.
Bake
at 400°F for 14-16 minutes, or until the yolk achieves the desired doneness.
