Eggnog Pie

 


This four-ingredient no-bake pie is creamy and delicious, and it's ideal for holiday gatherings. It comes together in minutes and may be frozen for later use.

 

Ingredients

1 gram cracker crust pie shell

1 small box Vanilla Instant Pudding

1 3/4 Cup Eggnog

1 small container of whipped topping divided

1/2 tsp Nutmeg optional

 

Instructions

Whisk together vanilla pudding and eggnog in a mixing basin.

Mix in 1/2 container whipped topping. Save the rest of the ingredients for garnish.

Fold in the whipped topping and the pudding mixture.

Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the gram cracker shell.

Garnish with the remaining whipped topping and Nutmeg.

Wrap and freeze for later use, or chill for 1 hour before serving.

Take from the freezer and leave it defrost on the counter for 1 hour before serving.
