Ingredients
2-3
Large Chicken Breasts – cubed
2 Tbs
Butter
1 Tbs
Garlic
3
Cups Frozen Cheese Tortellini
1 Cup
Ham Cubes
1 tsp
Dry Mustard
2 Cup
Broth
2 Cup
Water
1 Tbs
Dijon Mustard
1 Cup
Swiss Cheese Grated
1/2
Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
1 Cup
Heavy Cream
1/2
tsp Pepper
Salt
to Taste
Instructions
Set
your Instant Pot to Saute' and allow it to heat up until the temperature reads
"hot."
Mix
in the butter and garlic.
Saute'
the cubed chicken until it is no longer pink. On the Instant Pot, press the
Cancel button.
Stir
in the ham cubes and dry mustard.
Pour
in the water and broth.
Frozen
Cheese Tortellini should be added. Don't Mix
Set
the timer for 3 minutes on Manual. Open the lid and use the Quick Release.
Add
the Heavy Cream and Cheeses and stir to combine.
Melt
the cheese by stirring.
Serve
immediately and enjoy.
