I had so
much fun cooking today, making it a theme day of Cajun cooking. From breakfast
to dinner, using products I received from, Blue Wren Spice & Condiment.

The rubs I received added all the flavor and seasonings I needed to create the most delicious, and authentic dish's today. With a little imagination, you can whip up your own dish's with, Blue Wren Spice & Condiment, products.

So with that being said, let me tell you about my exciting day cooking and using, Blue Wren Spice & Condiment, rubs and seasonings.
For breakfast along some sunny side up eggs, was homemade Cajun sausage, using, Blue Wren Spice & Condiment, Red Head, flaming Cajun Rub & Seasoning. The title may be long, but its just a powerful statement of the bold flavors inside the container. If you are like me and love recipes from the South, you are going to love not only this product, but all from, Blue Wren Spice & Condiment. This rub and seasoning blend really brought the heat. With a extra amount of cayenne in the blend, you get a real Cajun flavor. The other ingredients that made my homemade sausage special include: salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and spices, and don't forget extra cayenne. All natural ingredients in this container and all the products that you can pronounce. Also a tasty gluten free rub and seasoning, and also preservative free, and no msg as well. Want some extra news, its only five calories, great for everyone to be able to enjoy! As all their products are, they are very versatile. This rub and seasoning is great to use with fish, chicken, pork and so much more.
After a yummy breakfast, with Blue Wren Spice & Condiment adding all the flavors I needed, I couldn't wait to continue cooking.
So onto
lunch, which was just as delicious. Using the instant pot, I made a divine and
yummy, Cajun gumbo, and used, Smokin Red Head Cajun rub and seasoning. It
brought a beautiful color, and a mild heat level to the gumbo that was so
luscious. This rub and seasoning blend from, Blue Wren Spice & Condiment is
great in soup, but also great for blackening recipes. It has just enough

Configure
the Instant Pot to sauté for 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk in the flour after adding
the oil. Cook, mixing often, for about 25 minutes, or until the flour mixture
is a dark caramel brown color. (To finish step 2, increase the time on the
sauté setting.)
Cook,
turning often, until the onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, and salt are
softened, about 6 minutes. In the Instant Pot, combine the chicken, sausage,
stock, okra, tomatoes, thyme, creole spice, and bay leaf. Set the steam vent to
the "sealing" position after sealing the pot with the lid. After
pressing cancel, put the Instant Pot to "pressure" for 4 minutes
(Instant pot will take about 10 minutes for pressure to build before it begins
to count down). Turn off the steam valve. Open the cover once the steam has
been expelled. Divide the soup evenly among the dishes and top with the rice
and scallions.
To show how versatile the products are, I switched up some and used, Blue Wren Spice & Condiment, Davy Jones low country boil seasoning, in a shrimp and andouille gumbo dip. The ingredient list gave me all the flavor and seasoning I needed for a delicious outcome. Ingredients such as, salt, ground bay leaf, celery seed, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and spices. There is even a nice little recipe on the label of the container for a low country boil. You can use this, Davy Jones, shrimp and crab low country boil seasoning, for all your seafood dish's, but if your like me, I would also try it in some soup recipes or even chicken ones. It has all you need in the container for taste, you don't need to add anything else.
For a
side dish, it was red beans and rice. And for the seasoning it was back to,
Blue Wren Spice & Condiment, Red Head rub all purpose seasoning. Another
very versatile seasoning that will go well on pork, brisket, ribs, and so much
more. The rub seasoning blend gives you a nice color from the paprika and some
sweetness from brown sugar. The other ingredients are also bringing flavor and
are: salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and spices. Blue Wren Spice &

The main meal was a nice shrimp and crab boil, and for the rich and robust flavor, I used, Blue Wren Spice & Condiment, Davy Jones seafood seasoning. Just to show you, how versatile these products are. The Davy Jones Seafood seasoning, was a perfect addition as far as flavor. It to is a very versatile seasoning that is great on fish, chicken and different ways of cooking methods. If you love to bake, grill, use your instant pot or slow cooker, this seasoning blend brings all the tasteful flavors you need.
