Churro Bites are a delightful
take on a traditional Spanish delicacy! These are quite simple to create, and
that's a good thing because they disappear quickly!
A beautiful pastry that gets
its exceptional crispiness from an air fryer rather than oil. It's dipped in a
rich caramel sauce and coated in a sweet, cinnamon covering.
Ingredients
2 sheets Pepperidge Farm Puff
Pastry
1 cup sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup caramel sauce
Directions
Heat the air fryer for 2
minutes at 400°F.
Defrost the puff pastry for a
few minutes at room temperature, or until it could be easily unfolded. In a
medium mixing dish, mix the cinnamon and sugar whereas the dough is thawing.
Cut the pastry into equal-sized squares using a sharp knife.
Arrange the pastry squares in
the preheated air fryer basket, making sure they don't contact or overlap.
Cooking for 6 minutes at 400°F. Following 3 minutes, take the air fryer basket
and gently shake it to assist the pastry brown evenly. Continue for another
minute, or until the pastry is golden brown. Place the pastry in the cinnamon
sugar right away, gently tossing it until it is fully covered.

6 tablespoons butter, room

until it is melted.
Take off the heat and
gradually whisk in the cream until creamy and totally combined.
Let for 10-15 minutes of
