Overnight Egg-Sausage Bake

 


Get up and bake! Prepare this recipe the night before and wake up to a delicious bake of eggs, cheese, and sausage.

 

Ingredients

1 cup Original Bisquick mix

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 4 ounces

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon ground mustard

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

6 eggs, slightly beaten

1 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained

 

In a large mixing basin, combine all of the ingredients. Chill for at least 8 hours, but no more than 24 hours.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish. Transfer the egg mixture into the casserole dish.

Cook for 1 hour, uncovered, or until a knife dipped into the middle comes out clear.
