Bachan's Japanese Barbecue Sauce Review

 

Today I got to make some delicious dish's, using a product from Bachan's. The product is their original Japanese barbecue sauce, that is a real authentic family recipe.

The founder of the company Justin Gill, dreamed and talked about his love for his entrepreneurial dreams with his Granny, which in Japanese is Bachan. With her encouragement, he was able to bring his family's sauce to market, then to our table.

This original Japanese barbecue sauce is amazing, and has stayed true to the original family recipe. There are no additives, no preservatives, and no flavorings. Just all natural clean and fresh ingredients, that brings a burst of flavor on anything you put it on, or add as a ingredient. The first thing I did was marinade my chicken, then I made some kabob's with chicken and peppers. The Japanese barbecue sauce was the only flavoring I used for the chicken, and it was all I really needed. With ingredients of, Non-GMO Soy Sauce, Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt, Cane Sugar, Mirin ,Water, Rice, Koji Seed, Sea Salt, Tomato Paste, Organic Ginger, Green Onion, Organic Rice Vinegar, Organic Garlic, Sea Salt, Organic Toasted Sesame Oil  Contains Wheat, Soy. I was serving a dish that was not only succulent, but aromatic, and lip smacking good. This is not your ordinary soy sauce, this is a family recipe of a Japanese barbecue sauce that is rich and full of flavor. When you bit into the chicken the Japanese barbecue sauce went all the way inside, and was so tasteful. And the nice thing about it, it was not overly salty.

To go along with my kabob's I made some fried rice and added as the only flavor enhancer, the original Japanese barbecue sauce from Bachan's. It not only gave my rice, that nice stir fry look, but added flavor that was extraordinary. The flavor that it gives food is so clean and fresh.
