Air Fryer Twice Baked Potatoes

 


Baked potatoes with mashed potatoes, sour cream, and cheese, topped with bacon and chives. All refilled inside.

 

PREP TIME:

 

5 minutes

COOK TIME

10 minutes

TOTAL TIME

15 minutes

 

 

Ingredients:

 

2 cooked baked potatoes

2 Tablespoon sour cream

1/2 cup cheddar cheese

1 Tablespoon butter

2 slices bacon, cooked

 

Scoop out the insides of the cooked potatoes into a container after cutting them in half.

To the bowl containing the potatoes, add the sour cream, 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese, and the butter.

Mash the potatoes and other ingredients together with a potato masher until the required consistency is attained. Return the contents to the potato shells, mounding it as needed to fit. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Put the potatoes in an air fryer basket when you're ready to bake them. Cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Finish with the remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese and bacon pieces on top of the potatoes. While doing this, take care not to contact the hot surfaces of the air fryer basket. Put the potatoes into the air fryer and cook for 2 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit to melt the cheese and crisp the bacon.
