This recipe has protein,
decent carbohydrates, and a touch of healthy fat, in addition to some
tantalizing spicy, creamy, and salty tastes. In a small saucepan, heat 2 cups
of pasta sauce (or 1 1/2 cups of sauce with 1/2 cup of water) with a clove of chopped
garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste. 2 eggs, cracked,
covered, and cooked until the whites set. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese
and serve.
