If your only experience
with ratatouille is the movie about a rat who aspires to be a great cook,
you're losing out. There's nothing not to love about this traditional,
marinara-smothered meal, which is packed with vegetables and flavor. Sauté
garlic, sliced bell peppers, eggplant, onion, yellow squash, and zucchini in
olive oil to cook it at home. To the pan, add one cup of sauce and 1/2 cup of
water, along with some fresh basil. Allow the mixture to boil until the
vegetables are soft before diving in.
