While there are a million
different ways to prepare meatloaf, as long as you have 1/2 cup of spaghetti
sauce in your fridge, you can create our simple go-to. Combine it with 2.5
pounds of lean, grass-fed ground beef, 1/2 cup seasoned dry breadcrumbs, 1 egg,
and 1/4 cup chopped onion in a mixing dish. With your hands, combine all of the
ingredients and shape into a loaf in a greased 8x8 baking dish. Top with a
couple more generous spoonfuls of sauce and bake for an hour at 350°F, or until
the center is no longer pink.
