Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Fries
are deliciously crispy handmade fries that take less than 30 minutes to
prepare. The garlic parmesan flavor is to die for and goes well with so many
foods.
Ingredients
3 large potato
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2-3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ tbsp parsley
⅔ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Let's cook
Peel the potato's and cut
them into the required size fries.
Pour oil over the fries in a
mixing basin (start with 2 tablespoons and add a third if needed). Mix in the
salt and pepper until the fries are fully covered.
Cook the fries in the air fryer
basket for 17-20 minutes at 370°F. Shake the fries halfway through.
Take out the fries. Garnish with
parsley and top with garlic and parmesan cheese.
ADVICE
Avoid overfilling your air fryer.
This is a typical blunder that prevents the fries from cooking evenly and being
beautiful and crispy!
In the air fryer, place the sliced
potatoes in a single layer (not stacked), and work in batches if using several
potatoes. I recommend tossing the fries halfway through the cooking time.
Simply remove the bowl from the air fryer and stir with a spatula! This ensures
that they cook more evenly. If you're having difficulties covering the fries
with the garlic, parsley, and parmesan cheese, lightly spritz them with cooking
spray or oil to help them cling.
