Tender meatballs that taste
precisely like your Italian grandmother's, in a fraction of the time. These
meatballs are made with a basic mixture of ground beef, spices, and Parmesan
cheese and are cooked in the oven before a fast boil in your favorite marinara
sauce.
Ingredients

2 pounds 85% lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic
2 large eggs
1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese (2
oz. is about 2/3 cup, for meatballs)
1 3/4 teaspoons salt
black pepper (to taste)
1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz. per
jar)
grated Parmesan cheese (for
serving)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Fahrenheit.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line
two baking pans with parchment paper. Place aside. In a large mixing bowl,
grate or squeeze press the garlic cloves. Combine the meat, eggs, breadcrumbs,
Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
Mix the ingredients together with clean hands until just mixed.
