Mussels Marinara

 


This protein-packed Italian dish will warm you up from the inside out. Begin by sautéing minced garlic in olive oil in a large pan. Then stir in a pinch of saffron, 1/4 cup white wine, 1 cup tomato sauce, and 1.5 pounds of muscles. Cook, covered, for about 5 minutes, or until the mussels open. Yummy!
