Freshly prepared Queso Cheese
is an incredible way to amaze your family, dinner guests, or simply enjoy on
your own.
It tastes far superior to
store-bought. And you make it in your instant pot!
Ingredients
8 oz Sharp White Cheddar
Cheese
8 oz Velveeta Queso Blanco
Cheese
4 oz Cream Cheese
1 4oz Can Diced Green Chilies
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
6 Tbs Milk
Tortilla Chips
Set a trivet on top of one
cup of water in the bottom of your pressure cooker.
Place your shredded white
cheddar cheese and cubed Velveeta cheese to a pressure cooker-safe bowl.
Combine the cubed cream
cheese, chiles, and spices in a mixing bowl.
Pour the milk over the top of
the items and stir to combine.
Place your bowl inside the
pressure cooker on the trivet.
Set the pressure cooker to
manual high pressure for 6 minutes, followed by a quick release.
Remove the pan from the heat
and toss in the cheese until well mixed.
Serve immediately with
Tortilla Chips.
