Overnight oats PB&J

 


 A grab-and-go breakfast has it all: rapid prep, easy customization, delicious flavor, and a plethora of health advantages. Whole grains, calcium, protein, and vitamins abound in these oats.

½ cup almond milk

¼ cup fresh raspberries

¼ cup rolled oats

2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter  

1½ teaspoons chia seeds

1 teaspoon white sugar

 

In a mixing bowl, combine almond milk, raspberries, rolled oats, powdered peanut butter, chia seeds, and sugar. Store in the fridge for 8 hours to overnight, or until the oats are tender.
