I am so excited to tell you about my collection box from, Chef Ole, and my day of cooking with these exquisite products.

What a way to start breakfast, but with sunny-side-up eggs, drizzled in, family reserve olive oil, and topped with a nice fresh garnish. The olive oil from, Chef Ole, is an extra virgin olive oil, family reserve. The color is a stunning green gold and is one hundred percent a Picual variety. The flavor is delectable and very subtle and complex. It's a wonderful dressing olive oil, that will enhance any dish you top it with. This is olive oil, which the olives have been handpicked at the peak of their ripeness. And cold-pressed the same day, giving the olive oil the most maximum flavor there is. The origin of this, Chef Ole product, in Jaen, Spain. The many versatile uses of, family reserve olive oil from, Chef Ole are endless. You will become your own family's gourmet chef!

The next product from, Chef Ole was their Balsamic Cream, which was a first for me. I made a nice Caprese salad, with a nice drizzle of the Balsamic cream. This Chef Ole, product is from Pedro Ximenez grape. The craftsmanship of Montilla-Moriles, which is recognized as the birthplace of vinegar, 3000BC. By drying the grapes under the hot sun, it starts to concentrate them into the sweetness they end up with. When all is done and the grapes are ready, it is then that they are crushed and placed into oak barrels. The finished product is a cream balsamic, that is like velvet. When you drizzle the balsamic cream over your dish, it has a wonderful aroma and a very succulent rich flavor. This product from, Chef Ole, is very versatile and can serve as a salad dressing, to a very delicious sauce over ice cream. The bottle also comes with a nice cap attached to use after the container is opened, to ensure its freshness. This was the first time I have ever tasted or even seen this form of balsamic vinegar. It looks so luscious when drizzled onto my Caprese salad. I felt like a five-star chef today for sure! Chef Ole, balsamic vinegar was true poetry to use. It is pleasantly sweet, with floral and fruity notes in every bite. It will enhance any dish, you decide to use it with. The origin of this Chef Ole, balsamic vinegar comes from Cordoba, Spain.

Our dinner this evening began with mouth-watering appetizers. First was a nice hummus using, Chef Ole, smoked paprika. It is wonderful spicy smoked paprika, from La Vera. The smoked paprika has a tradition dating back one hundred and thirty years. It was a Chef's winner in 2017, and after using and tasting it, it was clear why. It not only gives your dish color but the most delectable smoky flavor. To be able to use such an award-winning product, I was very grateful. The La Vera, smoked paprika, is an authentic product, that has rich ingredients with deep flavor and robust color. Its flavor on the palate is a bit sweet and smoky at the same time. It too is a very versatile product, that will enhance seafood to dips. Or even a nice garnish to any dish. The origin of this product is, Caceres, Spain.

My second appetizer was an inviting one, using the green olive tapenade from, Chef Ole. Every bite you taste the pure rich taste of Mediterranean flavors of the olives combinations. You can use this tapenade in so many ways, from tips to toppings on fish dishes. All the olives for the tapenade were hand-picked stone ground, Manzanilla olives, with a divine extra virgin olive oil, and five verities of peppers. After the first taste of any of, Chef Ole products, you will become culinarily obsessed. Wondering where they have been all your cooking life. Each bite of this tapenade with my homemade olive bread was truly an intense culinary dream. The texture is very fine and spreads like butter. Chef Ole, green olive tapenade has a flavor combination that rivals any dip there is. It's great to serve at any meal or any special occasion. Your family or friends will not be disappointed! The origin of the green olive tapenade is, Sevilla, Spain.

The star dish of the evening was dinner, a baked halibut with, Chef Ole, citric flavored sea salt flakes. The flavor profile is a blend of orange, lemon, and lime peels. It is the perfect zesty taste on your palate, not overpowering in any way. It does not have any preservatives or artificial colorings. This is truly an artisan hand-crafted sea salt, that is very versatile. From seafood to topping a salad, you will really enjoy the citrus flavor profile. The Chef Ole, citric sea salt flakes, makes a very gourmet way to finish any dish. The flavor is also fresh and clean on your palate. Even looking into the jar and seeing the sea salt flakes and its other ingredients, you can't wait to taste the heavenly flavor that it will add to your dish. This is another product from, Chef Ole that origin is Caceres, Spain.
