It's easy and so yummy. You can make this and

Ingredients
1/2 small onion
diced
2 cloves garlic
crushed
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 butternut squash
cut in bite sized pieces
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. thyme
salt and pepper to
taste
Directions
In a large
oven-proof pan, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil.
Mix in the squash
and remaining ingredients.
In the skillet,
arrange the squash in an equal layer.
Preheat the oven to
425°F and bake for 30 minutes, or until the squash is fork soft.
