I had a
really diverse day today, cooking three meals, and making each a different cuisine
theme.
What made
each meal, down to dessert special, was the added ingredient from products sent
over from, 777 Hot Sauce

There are full-bodied flavors, that range from mild to fiery!
So let me tell you about the day I had creating different dishes for family and friends.
Several dishes were made for breakfast, and the first was Spanish eggs in purgatory, using 777 Hot Sauce, original. This hot sauce has guajillo peppers in it for heat, along with other wonderful ingredients. A very versatile hot sauce, as all the products are. You can enjoy it on eggs, to soups, it's all up to you. The color of the hot sauce is stunning and bright. The guajillo peppers add a nice mild heat, with a multi-flavor profile, sweet, fruity, tangy, and smoky at the same time. So it paired perfectly with my egg dish.
The second egg dish, was an egg Tostado, using, 777 Hot Sauce, chili chili fever. This green hot sauce brings a very deep depth of flavor to a dish. Its bright green color comes from the Jalapeno ingredient. It's a nice warmth on your palate and an outstanding taste. The flavor is fresh, and very well balanced with all the ingredients that make up this bottle of hot sauce. You taste the handcrafted flavor in every bite that you take with this hot sauce drizzled on your food. It's very delicious, with a nice mild heat level. The chili chili fever hot sauce can be used as a condiment or used as an added ingredient for extra flavor.
As a special request, I made a sandwich of, egg, and avocado, on an English muffin toasted, and coated with 777 Hot Sauce, triple 7. This is another hot sauce made with guajillo peppers, and it was outstanding. The peppers give the hot sauce a mild heat level, with such flavor. You get a hint of berries and tea, with a nice smoky note. From eggs to chicken wings, you can use this hot sauce. It is full-bodied and has a nice pepper taste.
On the side for all the egg dishes, was some skillet potatoes, seasoned with, 777 Hot Sauce, steak burger n fry seasoning. You get a stunning color to your dish from the chili powder, a sweetness from the brown sugar, and some heat from the red peppers. Made for steaks or burgers, I always love to go outside the box, and for skillet potatoes, it was a perfect culinary marriage. The mixture of the ingredients is perfect, not overdone at all. Just the perfect amount of all, to give your dish an amazing taste.
For lunch, I made two batches of wings. First up was wings coated in 777 Hot Sauce, Cajun seasoning, when cooked, then coated with 777 Hot Sauce, jalapeno hot sauce smothered
all over. The 777 Hot Sauce, Cajun seasoning, is made from quality ingredients,
that bring a ton of flavor. You can use it if your baking, air frying,
grilling, and so many other ways. It really wakes up the flavor of your food.
If you love the taste of Cajun food, you will truly enjoy this seasoning. A
true
The next batch of chicken was baked and then coated with 777 Hot Sauce, garlic. Another hot sauce made with guajillo peppers. The balance between the heat and the garlic is in perfect harmony. Neither outdoes the other. It too is very versatile, from wings to soups. You will find the flavor it brings very divine. The guajillo peppers in the hot sauce are redolent of tomato and have that hint of smoky flavor.
Dinner was really fun and started with some roasted shrimp for an appetizer. I coated them in the 777 Hot Sauce Creole seasoning. This is a nice seasoning for seafood but is also very versatile if you are bold enough to explore. You get the flavor profile from the quality ingredients of, red pepper, black pepper, chili powder, and other nice spices. There's a slight heat and it's very palatable on your tongue. Then for more added flavor, the shrimp was drizzled with 777 Hot Sauce, lime. Just a perfect choice for the dish. This versatile hot sauce was perfect with shrimp, but venture off with it in other dishes. From steak to eggs and beyond! The lime with the guajillo peppers makes your dish stand out and leaves you wanting more.
Pizza was next, two to be exact! The first was a shrimp pizza with some leftovers from the appetizer, and a drizzle of the 777 Hot Sauce pizza. Called Tony's pizza hot sauce, was the perfect name choice. With a blend of guajillo peppers and other spices, along with crushed red peppers, it really tastes like pizza. It has stunning color and a rich taste that brings flavor to your dish. Right through the jar, you can see the tiny seeds from the peppers. It has an amazing taste and can be left out as a condiment. Well, they really all can, you just can't get enough of them.
The next pizza was a meatball one. And for the tiny meatballs, I used 777 sweet rib rub for the seasoning. I did not need to add anything else. All the flavor came from the jar! The seasoning is called Sergeants sweet rib rub, and it really does take the lead with flavor. I can't wait to use it on some pork dishes later in the week. You have a nice balance of garlic and onion, with the sweetness of brown sugar. Then a hint of smoky flavor from the paprika. It brings outside flavor inside! Then drizzled on top of the pizza was the 777 Hot Sauce, God of Thunder. A tasty Mexican hot sauce that is like velvet. Smooth, and hot! The heat hits at the end from the chili peppers, and other ingredients. But if you can take the heat you will find still find it enjoyable.
For dinner, I made a Mexican Michelada drink, and for heat, 777 Hot Sauce, Kong. You see hot sauce isn't just for food, it's great in drinks, and in other dishes. All the ingredients in the jar are very well balanced. This hot sauce is made with habanero and adobe peppers. It is very complex, and a tasty hot sauce. You think the name Kong, it's overbearing, but it’s a delicious mild hot sauce, that is very versatile in all types of cooking and dishes.
Now I
hope you're ready for dessert because it was something off the charts. I made a
sweet corn ice cream topped with popcorn and then 777 Hot Sauce, Goddess of Fire Hot. And hot it was, even on cold ice cream. The hot sauce has Arbol peppers, that are spicy, and hot. Another versatile hot sauce from, 777 Hot Sauce
It's easy to make, just using store-bought vanilla ice cream and adding the other ingredients, the cream corn.
Ingredients
1 corn on
the cob husked
1 cup
double cream
1/2 cup
milk
1/2 cup
granulated sugar
1 tbsp
vanilla extract
5 egg
yolks
½ tsp fine
sea salt
777 Hot
Sauce Goddess Of Fire
Popcorn to
garnish
Set aside
the milk, cream, salt, and half of the sugar in a large saucepan.
Remove the
corn kernels from the cob, then chop the cob into three pieces and add to the pot
with the milk and cream mixture.
Place the
corn kernels in a food processor bowl and pulse until roughly chopped. Combine
this with the remaining ingredients in the pot.
Bring the
corn, milk, and cream mixture to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring
periodically. Once simmering, remove from the heat and set aside for at least
30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator (the longer the steeping
time the better).
Remove the
cobs from the liquid, scrape away excess liquid using a spoon, and discard.
Bring your
ice cream to room temp, and add your corn mixture, then return to the freezer. When
ready scoop and top with hot sauce and popcorn.
With the rest of the popcorn, I sprinkled it with 777 Hot Sauce sizzlin spicy popcorn seasoning. A nice seasoning for some spicy hot popcorn, or any dish to add unique flavor too. You get some color from the paprika, and heat from cayenne pepper. All the ingredients in the jar are well balanced. It was the perfect way to end the evening.
