The sauce
is easy to create and just requires ingredients from your cupboard. It's a
one-of-a-kind sauce that's always a hit. Use with any type of ribs.
Ingredients
2 lbs
pork, boneless or
3 lbs
pork bones, in
2 cups
water
1
tablespoon salt
3
tablespoons ketchup
2
tablespoons horseradish
1
tablespoon dry mustard
1
teaspoon ground black pepper
Except
for the pork, combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
In a
large saucepan, parboil the ribs for 20 minutes.
Place in
a baking pan or baking dish after draining.
Encompass
the ribs with sauce and bake for 30 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake for 30
minutes at 350°F.
