Because
a dish contains few ingredients doesn't imply it's lacking in taste. This one simply contains three ingredients, so you won't have to stress
over a lot of details to pull off a tasty supper.
Ingredient
s
4
boneless center-cut pork chops
salt
and ground black pepper to taste
2
tablespoons dried thyme, lightly crushed
Bake
at 400 degrees in a preheated oven.
Thyme,
salt, and pepper should be sprinkled on both sides of the chops. Place them on
a baking pan.
Cook
for 20 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion
of a pork chop registers 165 degrees. Curtain the chops with aluminum foil and
set them aside for 5 to 10 minutes before dishing.
