sweet potatoes peeled and chopped

potatoes chopped

turnips peeled and diced

carrots diced
Olive
oil
Salt,
chilli powder and pepper to taste

teaspoon cumin

teaspoon cinnamon powder
Six
salmon fillets
Instructions
heat
the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Arrange
the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
Cook
for approximately 10 minutes.
In
a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil.
Incorporate
the turnips, potatoes, and carrots.
Chili
powder, salt, cumin, cinnamon, and pepper are optional.
Saute
for 20 minutes, or until the veggies are soft.
Sauteed
veggies should be served alongside the fish.
