Salmon and Veggies

 


 This delicious dish might be one of your seafood dishes.

 

Ingredients

 

Two sweet potatoes peeled and chopped

Two potatoes chopped

Two turnips peeled and diced

Two carrots diced

Olive oil

Salt, chilli powder and pepper to taste

½ teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

Six salmon fillets

 

Instructions

heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

Cook for approximately 10 minutes.

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil.

Incorporate the turnips, potatoes, and carrots.

Chili powder, salt, cumin, cinnamon, and pepper are optional.

Saute for 20 minutes, or until the veggies are soft.

Sauteed veggies should be served alongside the fish.
