love pizza, right? Well, how can they resist this breakfast pizza! They can even
help create it.
No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 can (16 oz each) refrigerated jumbo buttermilk biscuits (8 count)
2
tablespoons chive and onion cream cheese spread
8
eggs, lightly beaten
8
slices American cheese
1
pkg small frozen Brown 'N ServeMaple Sausage links, cut in half crosswise and
lengthwise
FIRST
STEP
Heat
the oven to 375°F. Cooking spray should be sprayed on two big baking sheets and
a large nonstick pan. Put four biscuits on each baking sheet and shape each
into a 5-inch circle. 7 minutes in the oven. Remove from the oven and put
aside.
Second
STEP
In
the meantime, heat a skillet over medium heat. Warm the cream cheese spread
until it softens. Cook for 1 minute, without stirring, until the rims and
bottom of the eggs start to set. Carefully scramble the eggs continue
cooking until the eggs are set and the cream cheese is incorporated. Take off
the heat and put it aside.
THIRD
STEP
One
piece of cheese on each biscuit round Scrambled eggs and sausage bits are
evenly distributed on top of each. Cook for 7 minutes more, or until the
sausage is heated and the cheese has melted.
