Corned
Beef Hash is a TRADITIONAL breakfast dish composed with savory and salty corned
beef, chopped potatoes, and onions.
Ingredients
4
tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2
yellow onion chopped
1
teaspoon kosher salt
1/2
teaspoon coarse ground pepper
2
pounds russet potatoes peeled and diced
2
cups cooked corned beef shredded
water
Directions
In
a large cast iron pan over medium heat, combine the butter, onions, potatoes,
salt, and pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes, just until the potatoes appear to
brown.
Mix
in the corned beef and 2 tablespoons of water, then cover and steam the meat
for 1-2 minutes.
