Delicious Crab Pie

Something different for dinner tonight! Crab Pie, it's easy to make and the whole family will enjoy it.

INGREDIENTS

2- 9-inch deep pie crusts baked for 3 minutes and cooled

1 pound of lump crab meat

4 eggs

2 Tbsp. flour

1 c. mayonnaise

1 c. whole milk

8 ounce shredded Swiss cheese

8 ounce shredded Cheddar cheese

2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

1 tsp. finely chopped onion

1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook the crust for 3 minutes in a preheated oven. To prevent the dough from sticking to a wide mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, mayonnaise, and whisk until thoroughly combined. Add 1 teaspoon of old bay, cheese, onion, and pepper to the same bowl. Mix until all of the ingredients are combined. Fold in the crab flesh. Restrict the chunks of crab flesh from breaking up. Fill two separate pie crusts with the filling. For more taste, sprinkle with more Old Bay seasoning. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees F in a preheated oven. To check the doneness of the pie, use a knife or toothpick. Your pie is done if it comes out clean after a pinch through the center, your pie is done. To keep the pie from burning, inspect it after 40 minutes.
