Something different for dinner
tonight! Crab Pie, it's easy to make and the whole family will enjoy it.
INGREDIENTS
2- 9-inch deep pie crusts
baked for 3 minutes and cooled
1 pound of lump crab meat
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. whole milk
8 ounce shredded Swiss cheese
8 ounce shredded Cheddar
cheese
2 tsp.
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green
pepper
Preheat the oven to 350
degrees Fahrenheit. Cook the crust for 3 minutes in a preheated oven. To
prevent the dough from sticking to a wide mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk,
mayonnaise, and whisk until thoroughly combined. Add 1 teaspoon of old bay,
cheese, onion, and pepper to the same bowl. Mix until all of the ingredients
are combined. Fold in the crab flesh. Restrict the chunks of crab flesh from
breaking up. Fill two separate pie crusts with the filling. For more taste,
