Grilling season is a wonderful time of year since it
inspires our desire to cook! Plus, having fewer dishes and a less
cluttered kitchen is a positive. This grilled pork loin dish is one of my
favorites, and it's a quick option to burgers on the barbecue.
INGREDIENTS
3-4 lb pork loin
2 TBSP butter
3 TBSP honey
1 TBSP salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Massage the butter or oil all over the pork loin to
thoroughly cover it.
Apply the honey generously on the pork loin.
Combine salt, pepper, herbs, and spices in a mixing
bowl.
Spread the spice mixture equally over all areas of the
pork loin and pat it down.
Grill for 60-90 minutes across indirect heat, or until
the interior temperature reaches 155-160°F.
