Ingredients
1 Pillsbury Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust
2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3 cups fresh fruit strawberry slices, blueberries,
kiwi fruit slices, peach slices or any combination
Preparing
Assemble the pie crust according to package directions
for a one-crust baked shell in a 9-inch pie pan. Allow to cool for 30 minutes,
or until totally cooled.
Inside a large mixing basin, whisk together the
whipping cream and powdered sugar till firm peaks form. Toss in the fruit
carefully. Ladle into a cooked shell that has been allowed to cool. Put it in
the fridge for at least 1 hour prior to serving. Keep refrigerated.
