This healthy version of Lunchables, which
features turkey, cheese, and crackers for creating little sandwiches, as well
as fruit, vegetables with dip, and a little chocolate for dessert, will thrill
youngsters. This is a lovely way to encourage your children to have a
nutritious lunch.
Ingredients
3 ounces roasted turkey breast, thinly sliced
1 ounce sharp Cheddar cheese slices
½ cup seedless grapes halved
½ cup sugar snap peas
1 tablespoon ranch dressing
8 whole-wheat crackers
1 dark chocolate square or 1/4 cupcake
Make wedges out of the turkey and cheese.
Divide the turkey, cheese, grapes, sugar snap peas,
crackers, and chocolate in different sections lunchbox. Separately, store the
ranch dressing in a tightly sealed container. Place an ice pack in an insulated
lunchbox.
