Italian Sausage with Grapes and Balsamic

 


 This Italian Sausage with Balsamic Grapes has a fantastic taste combo!

Delicious sausage snuggled in a warm and tangy balsamic glaze!

Prepared in around 30 minutes! Your taste senses will be in a frenzy!

 

1 lb. Italian sausage a combination of hot and mild

½ lb. red seedless grapes

½ lb. green seedless grapes

4 tablespoons butter

½ teaspoon thyme

¾ cup balsamic vinegar, dark

 

Brown your sausage in a pan, rotating the pieces until they are brown.

1 pound Italian sausage

Leave to simmer for 10 minutes after adding the butter and grapes.

1/2-pound red seedless grapes, 4 tbsp butter, 1/2 pound green seedless grapes

Continuing to simmer until the fruit softens, the sauce thickens, and the sausage pieces achieve an internal temperature of 165oF.

1/2 teaspoon thyme, 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Serve the sausage with the grape sauce on the side.
