Ingredients

skinless pork chops

condensed tomato soup
1 cup water

1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a
large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 5 minutes per
side, or until browned.
Add the onion and
garlic to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until softened.
Add the diced tomatoes,
tomato soup, water, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then
reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the pork is cooked
through.
Serve the pork and rice
over the cooked rice.
Tips
You can add other
vegetables to this dish, such as carrots, celery, or peas.
If you want a thicker
sauce, you can add a tablespoon of cornstarch to the skillet.
