1 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup melted butter

1 egg

1/2 pound ground beef

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup dill pickle relish

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Preheat your waffle iron.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Cook the waffles according to your waffle iron's instructions.

While the waffles are cooking, brown the ground beef in a skillet.

Drain the excess grease from the beef.

In a bowl, combine the ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper.

Top each waffle with a hamburger patty, a spoonful of the sauce, and some shredded cheddar cheese.

Tips

You can add other toppings to your waffle burgers, such as lettuce, tomato, or bacon.
