1 bunch asparagus
10 - 15 strips bacon
2 Tbsp brown sugar
a pinch of black pepper
Heat the oven to 425°F.
Bacon slices wrapped around
asparagus (2 - 3 spears of asparagus to 1 strip of bacon). Place on a baking
sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
On top of the bacon, sprinkle
with brown sugar and black pepper.
Cook for around 18 to 22
minutes. At the 18-minute point, keep an eye on the bacon to make sure it
doesn't burn.
