Ingredients
1 lb lean ground
turkey
1 large egg
salt & pepper to
taste
1 teaspoon dried
parsley
1/4 teaspoon poultry
seasoning
1 tablespoon cold
milk
2 tablespoons cold
butter
4 slices American
cheese
any other burger
toppings: pickles, lettuce, tomato, onion, etc as desired
4 soft sesame burger
buns
Combine the turkey,
egg, salt, pepper, parsley, poultry spice, and milk in a large mixing basin. To
blend, stir everything together.
Heat the indoor
griddle to medium-high heat.
Form the meat into
four equal patties. Cut the butter into half-teaspoon patties. Form the meat
around the butter in the center of each patty.
Sprinkle a griddle
pan with nonstick cooking spray and set each burger on it. Fry for 4 minutes
per side, or until browned and cooked through. Melt cheese on top of each
burger if desired. Cover with a heavy pot lid or foil for 1 minute to melt the
cheese on the cooked side of the burger.
Remove the burgers
and arrange them on the buns. Serve with any preferred toppings and seasonings.
