Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Ingredients:
2 pounds
pork shoulder roast
1 onion,
chopped
2 cloves
garlic, minced
1
tablespoon smoked paprika
1
teaspoon dried chili powder
1
teaspoon ground cumin
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon black pepper
2 cups
barbecue sauce
Instructions:
Place the
pork shoulder roast in the crock-pot.
Add the
onion, garlic, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Pour in
the barbecue sauce.
Cook on
low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours, or until the pork is tender.
