Roast for 20-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.

Tips:

 

For a sweeter flavor, drizzle the vegetables with honey or balsamic vinegar.

For a spicier flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper.

To add more flavor, roast the vegetables with herbs or spices, such as rosemary, thyme, or garlic powder.

Serve roasted vegetables as a side dish to grilled chicken, fish, or steak.
