This hot sauce condiment is not only rich in color but flavor as well. The fire comes from the sriracha and the Arbol. The best part is the sweetness doesn't come from adding sugar, but delicious sweet pineapple. It's a stunning color and texture that you can see in the jar before it hits your taste buds. If you love traditional sriracha you will love this hot sauce even more. In each bite, you also get the taste of nice rich umami and the heat level of a medium six. Before the main course, I made a very delicious goat cheese dip with Merfs, peaches & scream hot sauce. What a way to start the main course. It has a delicious, lemony flavor and is VERY VERY hot. It has the radiance and fire of the Carolina Reaper. It is a level of ten out of ten, and not for the light-hearted! What makes this Merfs Condiment what it is, is the ingredients of carrots, peaches, water, lemon juice, white vinegar, mango, monk fruit sweetener, salt, habanero, Carolina reaper. It has a beautiful color, and the taste, well outstanding! Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Preservative Free. Sugar-free, for everyone to enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Merfs peaches & scream hot sauce

8 oz. goat cheese, softened

Multigrain crackers

DIRECTIONS:

In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the Merfs peaches and scream hot sauce and the goat cheese until well combined.

Pour the remaining sauce over the cheese mixture in a small serving dish.

With multigrain crackers, serve.

The heat continued into the main course, which was a pork chop skillet with fresh cranberries and, Merfs Condiment wildfire whiskey cranberries + whiskey hot sauce.

Ingredients

4 boneless center-cut pork chops (about 1.25 pounds)

Salt and pepper

Olive oil

1 large Fuji or Honey crisp apple, cored and thinly sliced

1 cup fresh cranberries, washed

2 teaspoons of fresh thyme, roughly chopped (or ½ teaspoon of dried thyme)

½ cup chicken stock

¼ cup pomegranate juice, apple cider, or apple juice

¼ cup maple syrup

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1/2 cup of Merfs wildfire whiskey cranberries + whiskey hot sauce

Coat the pork chops on both sides with salt & pepper. Melt butter in a cast-iron pan over medium heat. To the hot skillet, add about 2 teaspoons olive oil.

Place pork chops in skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, for a total of 9 minutes. The internal temperature should be 140°F. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and place them on a dish on the burner. To stay warm, wrap with foil.

Bring the skillet back up to medium-low heat and add the apples. Sauté for 3 minutes, or until the cranberries are somewhat softened, then add the cranberries. Cook for a minute to mix the flavors. Stir in the thyme, chicken stock, pomegranate or apple juice, maple syrup, and Merfs wildfire whiskey hot sauce until well combined. Heat to a simmer over medium heat, then lower to medium-low heat and whisk often to reduce the liquid until the sauce is thicker and lightly coats the back of a spoon. Whisk in the Dijon mustard.

Return the pork chops, along with any collected juices, to the pan. Turn the pork chops in the pan a couple of times with tongs or a fork to cook through and cover with sauce. Serve the pork chops hot, with the fruit and sauce spooned on top.

What makes this hot sauce so special? Centennial, Colorado's Branch and Barrel Distillery. Their 3-way aged whiskey (cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup) was coupled with cranberries and wiri wiri pepper mash. This end product is a hot sauce that is wonderfully sweet, spicy, and fruity. In the jar, you get Ingredients of water, dried cranberries, sugar, wiri wiri puree, wiri with peppers, salt, white vinegar, whiskey, salt, and maple syrup. CONTAINS ALCOHOL. The heat level is not bad at all a seven out of ten. Paired with pork it is nectar to your lips. The color is stunning and the flavor brings RICH! The flavor it brings to the dish, is smoky and has a delicious fire to it, with sweetness. The roasted bell peppers and the fresh mango is a culinary perfect marriage.
