All the products are organic and sugar-free. There are four wonderful flavors that anyone will enjoy in their recipes. They also have varying degrees of heat to them. Each is low in calories, sodium, and sugar. From using them as a glaze to a vinaigrette on a yummy salad, you will find they bring all the flavor you need. Use them in replace of so many condiments you have on hand! No matter the method of cooking you are doing, Stick Em Up will bring to the dish just what you're looking for. From grilling to the instant pot, these products from, Mugger's Marrow LLC is the bomb!
You get both of two worlds, fresh fruits, and garlic, along with dry herbs and spices. You get a spicy kick along with some sweetness.
Starting with the first course of the day, breakfast, I used Muggers Marrow pineapple jalapeno on a ham steak along with some scrambled eggs. The flavor is very well balanced between sweet and spicy. It is made with so many amazing ingredients. To just name a few they are blue agave, orange peel, garlic, cayenne pepper, and jerk seasoning. Everything in the jar you can pronounce because they are real ingredients. There is nothing fake about Muggers Marrow. The pineapple jalapeno is a nice organic condiment that everyone can enjoy. It has no granulated sugar so it is a dieter's delight. The first taste you get a nice sweetness from the pineapple, then some kick from not only the jalapenos but other spicy ingredients. It pairs so well with ham, but you won't want to stop there. Try it on just about anything you eat!
The next product from Muggers Marrow is their mango habanero sauce, which I used for lunch on some air fryer wings. They coated the wings so well and the sauce clung on to the last bite. The Stick Em Up, mango habanero is an organic low sugar grilling glaze and marinade. Again just like all the products the ingredient list is all-natural foods, such as mangos, habaneros, mustard powder, and lemon peel, just to name a few. The mango habanero really added a depth of flavor to the wings, just lip-smacking goodness. The texture is nice and thick, and very tasty. You will love having this condiment on hand!
As an appy before dinner, I made some sesame meatballs with Muggers Marrow agave garlic glaze and marinade. Talk about a delicious appy. The rich thick sauce coated the meatballs and did not let go. The ingredients in this jar are all you need for flavor, there's no need to add anything else. You have garlic, black pepper, cayenne, lemon peel and so much more. Another sweet and spicy taste that just dances on your taste buds. The main flavor profile of this amazing grilling glaze and marinade is the agave and the garlic. The fruit is the second star in the jar. From chicken to beef, you will just love the flavor you get in this Stick Em Up! jar of goodness. And remember, it's low in calories, sodium, and sugar. You can use it as a BBQ sauce, glaze, or marinade, or a replacement for other condiments in your pantry.
Dinner was just as amazing as the rest of the meals. And on the table was some crispy spicy orange salmon, made with Muggers Marrow, spicy orange glaze. The rich thick glaze stuck to the salmon so you enjoyed it in every bite you took. The ingredients like in all the products from Muggers Marrow are all-natural and give you a good balance of sweet and spice. This jar has blue agave, ginger, orange peel and so much more, that you need to add nothing else to your dish. As you eat these products you are already thinking about what you can put them on next. From veggies to chicken and beyond you will come up with ways to incorporate Muggers Marrow's products into your recipe.
INGREDIENTS
1
tablespoon olive oil
2
teaspoons butter,
4
(6-ounce) skinless salmon fillets, (170 grams each)
1/4
cup fresh orange juice, (about 1/2 an orange)
3
tablespoons honey
2
tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
4
cloves garlic, crushed or minced
salt
and cracked black pepper, to taste
1/2 an
orange, sliced to serve
1/2
cup of Mugger's Marrow spicy orange glaze
In a pan or skillet, melt the butter (or oil) over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes, skin side up. Sear for 2 minutes on the other side.
Allow
the orange juice to decrease to half its original volume (it takes about 1
minute to reduce down if your pan is hot enough). Cook until the garlic is
aromatic (30 seconds). Transfer the salmon to the pan's sides and add the honey
and soy sauce, swirling
well to mix all of the flavors. Bring to a boil until reduced to a good syrup.
Then stir the salmon about in the sauce to coat evenly. Once the salmon is
cooked to your taste, remove it from the fire. Pour the spicy orange Muggers
Marrow glaze on top.
Season
to taste with salt and pepper. To serve, drizzle with the sauce. Serve with
rice, noodles, steamed veggies, or a salad.
