Vinegar salted potatoes

 


 Potatoes with a chip-like flavor.

 

Ingredients

2 large potatoes, sliced

1 cup vinegar, or as needed

1 tablespoon butter

salt to taste

 

Put the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with vinegar; bring to a boil. Turn down the heat to medium-low and continue to cook until the vegetables are soft, approximately 15 minutes. Drain thoroughly.

Together in large pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Continue cooking potatoes in melted butter for 5 to 10 minutes, or until crisp and brown; season with salt.
