Air-Fried Chicken Fingers5 Ingredients or Less

  



This recipe for air-fried chicken fingers is a quick and easy way to make a delicious and healthy meal. The chicken fingers are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and they are perfect for a quick and easy dinner.

 

Ingredients:

 

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Cooking spray

Instructions:

 

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).

Dredge the chicken strips in the flour mixture, coating them evenly.

Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Arrange the chicken strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.

Serve the chicken fingers with your favorite dipping sauce.

Tips:

 

For extra crispy chicken fingers, you can double-dredge the chicken strips in the flour mixture.

You can also add other seasonings to the flour mixture, such as Italian seasoning, Cajun seasoning, or lemon pepper seasoning.

If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake the chicken fingers in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
