Air Fryer fish and chips

Air fryer fish recipe served with crunchy potatoes. Simple, safe and ready in no time at all! You can use any fish, cod, tilapia, catfish, salmon and more for this dish.

When fish are buttered and then air-fried, their texture will become so smooth and utterly delicious. Crunchy on the outside and delectable soft on the inside-what could be better.

How to render the ultimate fish and chips in your air fryer.

1 lb fish fillet (cod, tilapia, catfish)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
2 russet potatoes

Cut the potatoes into French fries. Put the potatoes together in a bowl. Toss with some salt and oil.
Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes at 400F, rattling twice. Remove from the basket once finished.
In the meantime, prepare the fish. Place flour in a shallow container, put beaten egg in a second container,  Panko in a third container. Working with one piece at a time, dredge the fish filet first in flour, then in egg and then in breadcrumbs.

Add your fish to the air fryer and set to 330F for 15 minutes. Check it midway through and rotate it if you need to.
Serve with some sauce of your choice.
