CHICKEN & WAFFLES WITH BACON ONION MAPLE SYRUP


Ingredients
3 oz.  Southern Style Coated Chicken Breast Patties or Tenderloin
2 ea    Mini 4" Size Waffles, Prepared, Warm
1/2 oz. Gold Label Bacon Onion Marmalade
2-1/2 oz. Maple Syrup



Instructions:
pan or deep fry chicken. Always cook at a well done temperature of 165 ° F, measured by the meat thermometer.
Prepare the waffles according to the instructions while the chicken is cooking.
In a small small pan over medium heat, add the Bacon Onion Marmalade to the maple syrup. Warm up for 2-3 minutes. Don't boil it.
To assemble, top each of the hot waffles with a piece of cooked chicken.
Top each chicken and waffle with 3 tablespoons. The moist Bacon Onion Marmalade Maple Syrup.
