AIR FRYER GARLIC FRIES

This recipe for home-made French fries requires an air fryer. These,   French fries are a healthier option when you're not wanting to do the entire deep-fried routine.  I actually used frozen shoestring potatoes, this is a fast remedy and a perfect substitute for home-cooked French fries.

1 bag of pre-cut, frozen shoestring French fries or 1 lb of russet potatoes, peeled and cut into match-sticks
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Toss 1 bag of frozen of shoestring or fries of your choice in a bowl. Mix in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cook the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air frying pan, cook at 400F for 15 minutes.

Remove the fried potatoes out of the air fryer, toss with a large handful of chopped herbs, parsley, rosemary, and 3 minced garlic cloves, and also a quick drizzle of olive oil, so that everything holds together.
