HONEY AND PEAR CHUTNEY


A fast delicious chutney you can make with frozen or fresh pears.


INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cups onion, chopped
3 pears, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2″ pieces (frozen or Fresh)
1/2 cup clover honey
1/3 cup currants or raisins
3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
4 whole cloves
2 tbsp. brandy


Blend honey and eggs.
Cream sugar, dry milk and butter and add to a combination of honey-eggs.
Whisk in vanilla and pecans.
Transform into an unbaked 9′′ crust and bake at 375 ° for 1 hour or until center comes out clean after a knife or toothpick stuck in the middle.
